MyFamily.com is a free service where you can set up your own family web site. It is a great way to stay in touch with distant relatives. You can store email addresses, address, and phone numbers, as well as upload family photos, family trees, and family news. You can receive email reminders of birthdays, anniversaries and other family events. http://www.myfamily.com.

CyndisList.com is a comprehensive one-stop source of genealogy information on the internet. http://www.cyndislist.com

Gendex.com sells a program to translate GEDCOM files into web pages. It is only $20.00, and seems to work very well. I was looking for an easy solution to do this, and their GED2HTML program works nicely. For now, all of the online family trees in this website use this software, although I may write my own later so I can imbed pictures and stories into the tree a little easier. http://gendex.com

The Genealogy Forum is a source of message boards and genealogy information. http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/roots. You can get Eastman's genealogy newsletter at: http://www.ancestry.com/columns/eastman/eastnew.htm.

IBSSG - The International Blacksheep Society of Genealogists is a mailing list which includes all those who have a dastardly, infamous individual of public knowledge and ill-repute in their family...within 1 degree of consanguinity of their direct lines. Those who have looked at the Karl Denke page under "Notable Denkes" will understand why I have included this link: http://blacksheep.amity.org

Genealogy First - This is a campaign founded with the goal of making Genealogy the number one use of the internet ahead of pornography, which is currently the number one. Genealogy is currently second. http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Bluffs/3617/genfirst/camp.html
